Engineering lead for Azure Verified Modules and Azure Landing Zones, Infrastructure as Code platforms deployed by thousands of enterprise customers worldwide. Hands-on engineer and technical authority across the full IaC stack: from module standards and automation at scale, to Terraform provider development, IDE tooling, and public documentation. Proven track record shipping production code in C#, Go and TypeScript, and influencing the broader IaC ecosystem through open source contributions, community leadership, and strategic engineering partnerships. Highlights

Azure Verified Modules (AVM)

  • Tech lead, own, and maintain Azure Verified Modules (AVM).
  • Coach module owners and regularly talk at user groups and partners to evangelise AVM.
  • Responsible for managing 200+ Terraform repositories at scale with automation.
  • Amongst many others, I own and maintain the core networking modules, which are the most widely used modules in AVM and form the basis of many customer and partner deployments.

Azure Landing Zones (ALZ)

  • Tech lead, develop, and maintain the Azure Landing Zones IaC Accelerator and Azure Landing Zones Terraform modules.
  • Support Microsoft field, customers and partners with onboarding onto Azure and implementing landing zones at scale with Terraform and Bicep.
  • Evangelise Azure landing zone and Terraformbest practices with regular speaking engagements via video, internal conferences, user groups, partner sessions, and customer meetings.
  • Developed the state migration tool to aid customers in migrating Terraform workloads to AVM. Published guidance and the tool. Blog post.
